Prodgest is a product developed by Fides which enables small and medium enterprises to improve their business with the management of warehouse and job order.
It is a complete managerial software solution, organized in separate modules but fully integrated with each other:
Warehouse: management of the details of articles, of charge, of discharge and of invoices and notes issue, in a very simple and inductive way. The strength point is the versatility, that is to manage with great freedom the amount of data both incoming and outgoing.
Accounting and the first note: it allows the automatic entry of the purchase invoice in the accounting, the load of the delivery note and the automatic conversion into invoice. Efficient management of all the sales movements by monitoring and linking real-time to all the correlated information.
Statistics: it provides summaries aggregated in various ways (for groups, suppliers, products, etc…).
Job order management: the general data management of the job order by following the entire process: offer request, quotation, offer, work progress state, partial releases.
Warehouse integration – job order: it provides the opportunity to operate for integrations between warehouse and job order, when it imputes the material purchase to a job order, it is possible to confirm the material cargo on the same.
