Dematerialization of documents and procedures and digitization processes of PAC and PAL

The theme of dematerialization of the documentation produced within the public administration activity actually represents one of the most important element within the reform’s processes of administrative activity management in digital environment, and it represents one of the most significant action line, in order to cut down the public expenditure, in terms both of direct savings (paper, spaces, etc.) and indirect savings (time, efficiency, etc.).

Processes of papery management of documents, in fact, are characterized by excessive onerousness, difficulty of sharing and filing, lack of clearness, elevated research times, easiness of mistakes, miscarriages, losses and other more or less costly inefficiencies.
